If you have followed our blogs or videos in the past you might have seen me talk about the glutes, butt cheeks, a$$, kings of stability, whatever you want to call it. There is a good reason for it.
It comes from science, and experience. In my 15 years of working with golfers, I know for a fact if I can get my client to learn how to fire their glutes, I am going to make them more stable in the lower body. This will help their golf game, their everyday functionality, help them with balance, and lower back pain.
If I could only address one aspect with every client this is the one.
