Your Hips Don't Lie

One of the most common questions I get is, “What is the most important part of the body for a good golf swing?” My answer, hands down, is the hips!

A high percentage of golfers only use the arms to hit the ball because they don’t know how to separate their lower and upper body. The golf swing is from the ground up, so tight/weak hips makes this almost impossible.

Having stability and mobility in the hips will allow you to use the ground, stop your back from hurting, add consistency and give you a few more yards. These just happen to be the 4 top answers when we ask new clients what their goals are.

In this video I show you simple stretches and exercises for your hips that will change your swing for good!
